Rules you add are marked AI guidance and the AI assistant follows them when proposing changes.

Outline key: hard-ish issue (day off, over daily max, wrong skill, double-booked)   soft issue (unusual shift pairing, over weekly target, more G-tube/fast-pass/nights than usual). Weekly counters below: green = on target (11-12, Allie 6), amber/red = outside it. Nothing here is a permanent rule - it's just letting you see what you're overriding.
